Improving the Soil
Our ranch was abused for decades before we took over which resulted in lower production and higher negative impact on the environment. We still have a long way to go, but we have already doubled production while restoring hundreds of acres to capturing carbon that was previously fallow ground.
Biodiversity
Cattle that are exposed to a variety of plant life convert that into a more nutritious beef.
Evolving Practices
We produce over 200 tons of hay in addition to the grazing. But is there a more environmentally friendly way to produce feed? We continually look into ways that allow us to run more cattle on less land with smaller demands on the environment.
